MOBILITY SCOOTERS

If you plan to bring a mobility scooter on the trip, it is essential that you book it in advance.

Failure to do so may result in us being unable to accommodate the scooter on the coach, as we must ensure the appropriate ramp and space are available.

Due to the high demand for this trip we are running Two Coaches.

Important Information Regarding Coach Allocation and Pick-Up Points

For this trip, we will be operating two coaches.

At the time of booking, please ensure you select your correct pick-up point, as this will determine which coach you will travel on.

Please be aware that if take-up is low and we are unable to secure sufficient numbers for both coaches, we will review the arrangements and may need to merge the pick-up points to ensure the service operates efficiently.

Clacton Train Station

You may only change your pick-up point to another location that is served by the same coach. Please note that you will not be able to change between coaches.

For example, if you book the Triangle pick-up point, you will not be able to change to Clacton Train Station, as these locations are allocated to different coaches and the coaches will not be crossing over during the trip.

This arrangement allows us to keep the journey running smoothly and ensures all passengers are collected and returned efficiently. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
