The Mid-Norfolk Railway Polar Express Experience is a magical and festive train journey inspired by the beloved story The Polar Express, but it includes elements that may be intense for very young children. The experience features darkened train carriages, surprise “encounters” with the Conductor and other characters, and occasional loud sound effects, which can be startling. There are also moments of excited crowds, storytelling suspense, and theatrical scenes that recreate the adventure and mystery of the story. Despite these elements, the ride is balanced with joyful music, hot chocolate, festive treats, and the enchantment of a Christmas-themed journey, making it generally suitable for children aged 3 and above, though parents may wish to prepare younger or sensitive children for the occasional surprises.

Unless otherwise stated, this Coach Trip departs from and returns to the specified Route; prices are per person, which includes the transport & the entry ticket. All times are estimates.
Coach seats will be allocated by TS Events at the time of booking.
With respect, the front seats are reserved for guests who have travel restrictions.
If you have travel concerns, please state this at the time of booking.
We will do our best to cater your request, but please be aware that seats may be previously booked already.
